Notice, that this is really the stage where your chosen Style will really come into play. dont worry too much about rendering, the layout should be more about line usually. The final image, the layout of the church, shows the artist going from thumbnail (left) to layout (right). After tonight's class i feel like all of you might need another crack at the thumbnails, which is OK! we have a little bit of time built into the class for this, the most important part. Even if after tonight's discussions and draw-overs, you feel confident about how to do your layout, i definitely recommend that you start by redoing the thumbnail, shooting for the level you see with that church drawing on the left. Not only will it make the job of doing your layout 20 times easier, but you'll also have more process to put on your portfolio page. We'll consider homework for this week to be like that last image of the church: thumbnail and layout. Do the best you can and we'll work more on it next week--good luck!
